We are driven by language access and equity. English is currently the global language of power. When we design our services, we aim to go beyond keeping non-English speakers in the loop. We work to seat speakers of any language squarely at the table, empowering all to speak their hearts, their power, using their most potent tool—their native tongue. We train, study and prepare over and over again to bring ideas and stories that language barriers might otherwise prevent the world from hearing.
